How do I cancel my monthly or annual S.O.S. Online Membership?
After you have purchased The S.O.S. System and you are enrolled in Herb Kay’s Online Membership Program, you may cancel at any time by calling our customer care agents at (888) 225-6062. You must tell the agent that you are requesting that your membership be terminated. Billing may still apply if you are requesting a cancellation during a billing cycle. In which case, you will be billed for the current month; however, you will receive no future charges. There are no refunds, credits or returns provided for annual memberships. Please note that by cancelling, all resources, worksheets and templates downloaded are yours to keep, however, you will not be entitled to further access, updates, blogs, webinars or advise from Herb Kay or Herb’s Online Forums. |

Is Herb Kay on a lecture circuit? Does he have any upcoming media appearances?
Any media appearances scheduled or otherwise will either be noted on the website, or featured as a video on HerbKaySOS.com. Inquiries made regarding speaking engagements or public appearances can be sent directly to our Contact Us page. |

What if I ordered the system, but did not receive my Membership login information?
Your login instructions can be found inside the orange packing list envelope, labeled “Packing List Enclosed.” If you purchased Herb Kay’s Economic Survival System and did not receive login instructions, please follow the directions below:
- Go to www.herbkaysos.com and click on “Log In” in the upper left corner of the page.
- Locate your order number. Your order number can be found on your S.O.S. packing slip and begins with “HKTA000,” followed by 5 numbers.
- Enter your order number in the field provided (example: 00012345), along with the last name and zip code found on your packing slip.
Please note: If your name is spelled incorrectly on the packing slip, please use the spelling that is found on the packing slip. You will be prompted to change any incorrect information after you have logged in. Enter this information and you will be given your username and password. Your password can be changed at anytime.
If you have questions or trouble logging in, please make sure you have done the following:
- You are using only the numerical digits in your order number to login, no letters will be accepted.
- You are using the last name spelling and zip code that is found on your packing list – even if incorrect.
- You “clear your browser’s cookies”. Click here to learn how to clear your browser’s cookies.
In order to login to your online membership, internet access is required. We invite you to change your password anytime after you have logged in. If you are unable to locate your packing slip or have additional inquiries, please call out customer care department at (888)225-6062. |

What if the 30th day of my free trial offer falls on a weekend or national holiday?
Your free trial ends 30 (thirty) days from the date of ship, found on your packing slip. You are required to follow the return policy to be eligible for a return or refund. Should the 30th day of your free trial fall on a weekend (Saturday/Sunday) or on a national holiday and you wish to return, you are still required to call our customer care department at (888) 225-6062 to receive an RMA. In this case, you must call to obtain an RMA number and postmark your kit NO LATER than the first available business day after your trial expires. If you do not call by the end of the first available business day, no refunds or returns will be issued. For example:
- If your 30 day free trial expires on a Saturday or a Sunday, you MUST call to receive an RMA number and postmark your kit, no later than Monday.
- If your 30 day free trial expires on a Saturday or a Sunday, and Monday is a national holiday, you MUST call to receive an RMA number and postmark your kit, no later than Tuesday.
