  8. What if I buy Herb Kay's Economic Survival Kit, but choose to cancel my membership after the 90 day free trial?
If you choose to cancel your S.O.S. Membership for any reason, you may do so by contacting HerbKaySOS.com through our Contact Us page. Please submit, in writing, that you no longer wish to continue your membership and a representative will contact you to confirm your cancellation. Please note that all resources, worksheets and templates downloaded are yours to keep, however, you will not be entitled to further updates, blogs, webinars or advise from Herb Kay or HerbKaySOS.com.
  9. How can I participate in Herb's LIVE chats, or view his blogs?
Without a S.O.S. Membership, you do not have access to any member resources on HerbKaySOS.com, including Herb's Live Chat, Blog or Webcast features.
  10. Is Herb Kay on a lecture circuit? Does he have any upcoming media appearances?
Any media appearances scheduled or otherwise will either be noted on the website, or featured as a video on HerbKaySOS.com. Inquiries made regarding speaking engagements or public appearances can be sent directly to our Contact Us page.
 
11. What if I ordered the system, but have not received my membership username and password?
If you have recently purchased Herb Kay’s Economic Survival System or an Online S.O.S. Membership and have not received a unique username and password to login, it may be due to one the following errors:
  • The email address we have for you on file may be incorrect.
  • There was no email address submitted to an agent at the time of purchase.
  • Your purchase has not yet shipped

To access your online membership, an email address is required. During the purchase process, it is possible your email was entered incorrectly. Don’t worry, it’s a quick fix! Once your information has been updated and/or your purchase has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique username and password within 24 hours.
