Up or down, you need to move ahead.  There is just no other choice.  Every day I get letters and questions from subscribers regarding their finances and while they are all different in details, they share a common root; all of us grew up playing the "game" the way we were taught and now we find ourselves up the creek with no paddle.

There is, I think, I general sense that something fundamental has changed in the economy and the way we all do business and that feeling is totally on the mark.  If you share it, you are 100% correct.  And when I see total debts of $10, 20, 30, heck I have seen debts of over $250,000 from subscribers, what it tells me is that at one time these folks had it all together.  Otherwise, how would they have ever gotten that much debt? 

Then reality hit, great jobs with great incomes were lost and home valued tanked and the average person got caught in the crossfire!  If you are in that boat there is no need to feel embarrassed or ashamed; welcome to the crowd!  The key is going to be letting go of what is already over and moving ahead with a new plan.
