  Return Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of the product being shipped, Herb Kay S.O.S. will be happy to issue you a refund. Please follow the instructions below.

Membership Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your online membership at any time by calling our customer care department at (888) 225-6062. To avoid a $9.95 charge, you must call to cancel by the end of your free trial, which expires 30 days from the date located on your packing slip. You must tell the agent that you are requesting that your membership be terminated. Billing may still apply if you are requesting a cancellation during a billing cycle. In which case, you will be billed for the current month; however, you will receive no future charges. There are no refunds, or credits provided for monthly or annual memberships.

Shipping Refunds: Herb Kay S.O.S. does not offer a refund for shipping charges, including but not limited to costs associated with shipping the product to you or the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us.

Product Refund: Herb Kay S.O.S. has created a hassle-free return process with step-by-step guidelines for your convenience. Refunds are not issued before the merchandise has been received, evaluated and processed by our Returns Department.

To return your merchandise, and in order to issue the appropriate credit, you must follow these steps:

1. Call our Customer Care Specialists toll free at (888) 225-6062 to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA) within thirty (30) days from the ship date that appears below your order number on the original packing slip. Your packing slip can be found inside the orange envelope on the outside of the box, labeled “Packing List Enclosed”. If you return your S.O.S. System without a valid RMA number, your return will not be processed.

2. Please clearly write your RMA number on the packing slip, in the field provided next to the return address. This must be included with your return. If you do not write your RMA number in the field provided, your return/refund will be delayed or may not process. We encourage you to make a copy of your packing slip to keep for your records.

3. When returning the product, fold along the dotted line and securely tape the packing slip to the box, with the return address and RMA facing up, in order to ensure timely processing. If you are shipping through a company that provides its own shipping label, please still attach the packing slip to the box.

4. All return shipping costs and risks of damage and loss of your return are your responsibility.

5. We recommend that you ship your product using a tracking number.

6. Your return MUST be postmarked before your thirty (30) day trial offer expires. Your offer will expire thirty (30) days from the ship date that appears on your packing slip (below your order number). If you do not postmark your return before your 30 day trial offer expires, you will be responsible for the purchase price and/or any additional payments, as agreed to during the order process. You will not be provided with any credits, returns or refunds if you postmark your return after 30 days.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned in good condition with all accessories, instructional guides and kit components included. However, the S.O.S. Debt Defense Guide and corresponding audio CD are yours to keep FREE of charge. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund for any merchandise that has been misused or damaged.

Receiving a Refund: For items directed to our Returns Department, you can expect your refund to be processed within 3 weeks of the processing department receiving your package (though this may be sooner). This time period includes:

5-10 business days for us to receive your return.

2-3 business days to process your return.

7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card or bank statement. If we are unable to issue a refund to your credit or debit card for any reason we will contact you directly.
